I am a Licensed Psychoanalyst in New York State practicing full time out of my midtown office.

I have a background in theatre, critical theory, and philosophy, and have spent more than a decade studying psychoanalytic theory. I hold a BFA in Playwriting and Directing, an MA in Interdisciplinary Theatre Studies, and am currently completing a PhD in Philosophy.

My encounter with psychoanalysis grew from my theatre practice and continued to develop through the study of drama therapy, performance theory, and philosophy. My ongoing research and writing focuses primarily on the question of the ‘Act’, as well as on psychic structure and working analytically with psychosis.

My psychoanalytic formation has been facilitated by the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis (NPAP), where I remain an active participant.
