Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a more targeted approach to a particular problem or issue in your life which requires immediate and pressing attention.
Together, we work in a focused way on a painful experience, an inescapable habit, a difficult relationship, or a chronic struggle.
We seek out the inner conflicts from which this suffering emerges and how this manifests in depression, anxiety, eating disorders, as well as relationship or sexual frustrations. In exploring these internal conflicts, we seek to find better compromises and resolutions which can ease our immediate pain and open up space for new ways of investing our energy and engaging with life.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy requires we meet once or twice a week.
